Senior Lead Workday Time Tracking and Absence Specialist - Kyndryl

Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions for Kyndryl’s global operations. Help deliver compliant, scalable workforce systems across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.

Description

  • Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Time Tracking and Absence
  • Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment against global business requirements
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, downstream teams, integration partners, and technical stakeholders
  • Convert business requirements into effective Workday configuration solutions
  • Recommend best practices and evaluate effects across connected functional areas
  • Deliver solutions that are accurate, compliant, scalable, maintainable, and supportable
  • Support daily operations and respond to changing business requirements
  • Investigate issues and apply configuration updates in live Workday environments
  • Evaluate end-to-end effects across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
  • Balance competing priorities and complete work with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • At least seven years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with advanced expertise in Time Tracking and Absence
  • Ability to independently design and deliver Workday configuration solutions from initial requirements through deployment
  • Strong knowledge of time, absence, and payroll processes, including downstream effects
  • Experience maintaining production Workday environments, troubleshooting issues, and making live configuration changes
  • Background supporting global or multi-country Workday implementations
  • Understanding of Workday business process frameworks, security considerations, and reporting effects related to Time and Absence
  • Ability to turn business requirements into scalable, supportable Workday solutions using configuration best practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in an enterprise cross-functional setting
  • Preferred: experience configuring other Workday areas such as Compensation, Benefits, or Projects
  • Preferred: experience working within matrixed or international teams
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, HRIS, or a related discipline preferred
