Senior Enterprise Workday Administrator (Texas Remote)

Lead Workday configuration, integrations, security, reporting, upgrades, and change management for Dungarvin’s disability support services. Oversee the platform’s launch and ongoing operations for more than 2,000 users nationwide.

Description

  • Oversee Workday tenant configuration, business processes, and system settings
  • Direct Workday releases, updates, and platform improvements
  • Keep system documentation, configuration references, and training resources current
  • Assess and deploy new Workday capabilities
  • Act as the technical escalation resource for complex Workday issues
  • Train and support Tier 1 and Tier 2 service teams
  • Administer ticket queues and resolve advanced system issues
  • Chair the Workday change control committee with HR, Finance, and IS stakeholders
  • Guide decisions about system modifications and enhancements
  • Communicate changes, obtain approvals, and coordinate implementation
  • Drive user adoption and communication for Workday changes
  • Oversee vendor partnerships and external support services
  • Collaborate with the implementation vendor and HR, Finance, and IS leaders
  • Help deliver a successful Workday launch and reliable ongoing operations
  • Plan and coordinate system upgrades and go-live activities
  • Support over 2,000 users across multiple business units
  • Oversee integrations, reporting, and enterprise-scale system security

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting, Tier 3 support, report development, and system documentation
  • At least 7 years of hands-on Workday administration experience
  • Experience managing Workday tenants, business processes, security roles and access, EIB, Core Connect, APIs, Workday Studio, reporting, and releases
  • Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, Microsoft Office 365, and reporting or analytics tools including Prism, calculated fields, and dashboards
  • Ability and willingness to pursue Workday certifications
  • Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States
  • This role does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Experience integrating third-party systems and managing Workday security, identity and access systems, and IT security practices
  • Workday HCM, Finance, or Security certifications are preferred
  • CompTIA A+ or other IT certifications are preferred
  • Experience with application administration, interface and integration management, committee leadership, and system implementations
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, disaster recovery, and compliance
