Description

  • Lead activation and platform success across an assigned customer portfolio
  • Learn each customer’s use cases, business priorities, and success measures
  • Co-create tailored AI solutions and workflows with customers
  • Develop and deliver activation plans that increase platform adoption and business impact
  • Run champion initiatives, office hours, usage dashboards, customized training, and workshops
  • Develop customer advocate networks and internal champion communities
  • Build power-user groups that encourage peer learning
  • Prepare customer trainers to deliver enablement at scale
  • Shape customer experiences that strengthen engagement
  • Lead customized live and virtual training sessions
  • Collaborate with the curriculum team while managing customization and delivery
  • Design learning experiences that motivate action and sustained adoption
  • Improve training materials using customer feedback and adoption data
  • Collaborate across teams to track changing customer requirements
  • Find enablement gaps and propose new training programs
  • Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Work with a Transformation lead to match WRITER capabilities to customer use cases

Requirements

  • At least five years of demonstrated experience owning activation and delivering measurable adoption results
  • Strong experience analyzing customer use cases, workflows, and business priorities
  • Experience executing activation programs such as champion initiatives, office hours, dashboards, and workshops
  • Proven success developing advocate networks and power-user communities
  • Ability to link platform usage with business results and explain return on investment
  • Ability to scope, create, and present customized solutions and demonstrations for customer needs
  • Confidence understanding technical concepts and explaining them to varied audiences
  • Ability to demonstrate relevant use cases and communicate their business value
  • Expertise leading virtual and in-person instructor-led workshops
  • Skill in adapting content and facilitation to different audiences
  • Ability to collaborate with curriculum teams while owning customization and delivery
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders at every level
  • Strong program management capabilities and an advisory approach
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with ongoing experimentation
  • Self-aware, receptive to feedback, and dedicated to continuous development
  • Ability to work from the office three days each week
  • Willingness to travel 25% domestically and internationally
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
