Senior Cybersecurity Service Delivery Coordinator
Coordinate managed security services for clients at The Missing Link, an Australian IT and cybersecurity provider. Oversee incidents, service levels, reporting and GSOC operations.
Description
- Build client relationships and maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate ITIL-aligned incidents, escalations, problems and changes.
- Prepare monthly service reports covering SLA and performance measures.
- Drive and support internal process improvement and automation work.
- Run service review and business review meetings.
- Coordinate GSOC resourcing and service requests.
- Handle service administration, including boards, billing and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in service delivery or service management.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification, or currently working toward it.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.
- Proactive, attentive to detail and focused on solutions.
- Experience in cybersecurity or IT services.
- Exposure to enterprise clients and managed services.
- Familiarity with major security technologies or vendors.
- Relevant credentials, such as CompTIA Network+, Security+ or vendor certifications.
- Experience in customer success or agile project settings.
