Senior Administrative Assistant II

Support Nielsen’s media insights business remotely through executive scheduling, travel coordination, events, communications, and administrative process leadership. Coordinate teams, meetings, and operational improvements across multiple time zones.

Description

  • Manage executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prioritize meetings according to strategic business needs.
  • Coordinate scheduling across multiple time zones for internal teams and external clients.
  • Arrange domestic and international executive travel.
  • Prepare and manage executive expense reports.
  • Provide administrative support that improves organizational efficiency.
  • Coordinate office operations and activities.
  • Organize in-person meetings and event logistics.
  • Maintain department distribution lists and records.
  • Support department communications.
  • Organize agendas, attendees, and logistics for meetings and Nielsen client committees.
  • Coordinate venues, catering, audiovisual support, materials, and room setups.
  • Manage attendee participation and post-meeting follow-up.
  • Lead process documentation, issue resolution, workflow coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Independently coordinate and guide team members as a lead without supervisory responsibility.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of departmental processes and procedures.
  • Ability to gather information and resolve escalated issues.
  • Ability to lead a team, distribute work, and guide team members.
  • Broad and/or specialized expertise across processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Four to six years of relevant experience.
