Support patient scheduling and daily office flow at Paradigm Oral Health’s Boston oral surgery practice. Deliver concierge-level service to patients and referring offices in an onsite, full-time role.

Description

  • Deliver concierge-level service to patients, referring offices, and team members by phone, in person, and electronically.
  • Welcome patients and visitors promptly when they arrive.
  • Respond to incoming calls without delay.
  • Coordinate appointments to support patient satisfaction, provider availability, and efficient use of exam and treatment rooms.
  • Create each provider’s daily schedule.
  • Prepare and organize patient charts.
  • Coordinate patient flow to help minimize wait times.
  • Provide assistance to patients as needed.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with referring offices.
  • Protect confidential information in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
  • Handle other related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of customer service experience is required.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology.
  • A friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
  • Basic office capabilities, including typing and filing.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Careful attention to detail.
  • Oral surgery experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to work onsite in an office-based position.
  • Authorization to work in the United States, verified through E-Verify.
