Sales Executive, Financial Advisor Platform

Sell Altruist’s AI-powered wealth management platform to financial advisors through consultative sales. Meet quotas, gather advisor feedback, and keep Salesforce records accurate.

Description

  • Learn the Altruist platform in depth and explain its capabilities to financial advisors.
  • Build trust through consultative selling, educate advisors, guide them through the buying process, and win, retain, and grow business.
  • Meet individual quarterly and annual quotas while contributing to the wider sales team.
  • Present Altruist and its platform effectively, including features such as the rebalancer and Model Marketplace.
  • Gather advisor feedback consistently to inform company priorities, including product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
  • Find ways to improve the sales team while meeting sales service-level agreements.
  • Keep Salesforce records accurate and complete.
  • Apply feedback from sales leaders to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bring at least five years of sales experience at a B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS organization.
  • Show a record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong consultative selling skills.
  • Quickly understand complex product features and explain the value they offer customers.
  • A relevant bachelor’s degree, such as in business, marketing, or economics, is preferred but optional.
  • Hold Series 7 and 63 licenses.
  • Be comfortable with technology and able to learn modern tech stacks, including AI and agentic workflows.
  • Take ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality results.
  • Communicate exceptionally well, listen thoughtfully, and express ideas clearly.
  • Show resilience and determination to succeed.
  • Exercise confident, ego-free judgment and remain open to different perspectives.
  • Solve problems creatively.
