Description
- Guide inbound prospects through consultative sales, from understanding their business needs to closing deals.
- Track leads through the sales funnel, assess their needs, and monitor sales performance.
- Demonstrate the product and follow up on proposals.
- Share prospective customer feedback with Marketing and Product, and identify ways to improve conversion rates.
- Communicate with prospects through WhatsApp, email, chat, and other channels, following up to convert them.
- Work with the team to meet company sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Curiosity, investigative thinking, and a problem-solving approach
- Empathy to understand customers and guide them through the sales process
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Sales experience
- Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt as the role changes
- SaaS experience is a plus
- Construction industry experience is preferred
