Tavsif

  • Guide inbound prospects through consultative sales, from understanding their business needs to closing deals.
  • Track leads through the sales funnel, assess their needs, and monitor sales performance.
  • Demonstrate the product and follow up on proposals.
  • Share prospective customer feedback with Marketing and Product, and identify ways to improve conversion rates.
  • Communicate with prospects through WhatsApp, email, chat, and other channels, following up to convert them.
  • Work with the team to meet company sales and revenue targets.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Curiosity, investigative thinking, and a problem-solving approach
  • Empathy to understand customers and guide them through the sales process
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Sales experience
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt as the role changes
  • SaaS experience is a plus
  • Construction industry experience is preferred
