Description

  • Build and execute content programs that grow brand awareness, generate leads, and help customers understand incident management.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and align content with product launches, campaigns, and strategic priorities.
  • Create blog articles, in-depth guides, and customer case studies for developers, SREs, and IT decision-makers.
  • Work with engineers to produce practical guides and other technical content.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on thought leadership initiatives.
  • Lead SEO, GEO, and content distribution efforts.
  • Measure content performance, interpret engagement data, and improve the strategy based on results.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and wider industry developments.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in B2B SaaS content marketing or developer-focused ecosystems.
  • Skill in explaining incident response clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong copywriting ability, with confidence adapting ideas for blogs, guides, and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO, content distribution, and performance analytics.
  • Experience developing content collaboratively with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to create narratives tailored to specific personas and their needs.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • German is helpful but not required.
