Lead B2B SaaS content marketing for ilert’s AI-first incident management platform. Develop technical storytelling, SEO, and thought leadership for developers, SREs, and IT leaders.
Descriere
- Build and execute content programs that grow brand awareness, generate leads, and help customers understand incident management.
- Manage the editorial calendar and align content with product launches, campaigns, and strategic priorities.
- Create blog articles, in-depth guides, and customer case studies for developers, SREs, and IT decision-makers.
- Work with engineers to produce practical guides and other technical content.
- Collaborate with the CEO on thought leadership initiatives.
- Lead SEO, GEO, and content distribution efforts.
- Measure content performance, interpret engagement data, and improve the strategy based on results.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and wider industry developments.
Cerințe
- Professional experience in B2B SaaS content marketing or developer-focused ecosystems.
- Skill in explaining incident response clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong copywriting ability, with confidence adapting ideas for blogs, guides, and email campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO, content distribution, and performance analytics.
- Experience developing content collaboratively with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to create narratives tailored to specific personas and their needs.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- German is helpful but not required.
