Description

  • Manage daily planning, tracking, and reporting for a core banking modernization initiative
  • Act decisively when priorities shift or project details remain unclear
  • Develop relationships across the client organization and learn how decisions are made
  • Report progress, risks, and blockers to senior and executive stakeholders
  • Align technical and business teams to advance modernization objectives
  • Identify risks and dependencies early, then coordinate their resolution with stakeholders
  • Present technical information clearly so senior, non-technical audiences can take action
  • Build and sustain trust with stakeholders throughout the organization

Requirements

  • Demonstrated project management experience, with strong organizational and communication capabilities
  • Experience engaging stakeholders and working through complex organizational structures
  • Financial services experience, specifically in domestic banking
  • Ability to report to and escalate matters for senior and executive audiences
  • A proactive approach that advances work without waiting for ideal conditions
  • Experience managing projects amid ambiguity without a fully established playbook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and business audiences
  • Collaborative communication style with the ability to establish trust quickly across an organization
  • Bachelor’s degree required; alternatively, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible technology experience may substitute for each missing year of college, in addition to the role’s minimum experience requirement
