AI Automation Expert – Microsoft 365 and Copilot (Remote)
Build Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate solutions for mid-sized businesses. Lead workshops and deliver practical AI automation that supports real business operations.
Description
- Implement technical solutions across the Microsoft 365 environment
- Design and deliver automations using Power Automate
- Create production-ready Copilot use cases
- Build internal assistants with Copilot Studio
- Connect SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 components
- Diagnose and resolve Copilot and automation issues
- Document solutions and establish standardized approaches
- Support and progressively lead prompting workshops, Copilot training, and practical demonstrations for executives
- Address technical questions from customers and colleagues
- Explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language
- Prepare for customer meetings and manage follow-up activities
- Organize and define business use cases
- Participate in solution architecture discussions
- Develop internal best practices and standards
- Deploy Microsoft Copilot solutions for mid-sized businesses
- Automate sales, HR, and proposal workflows
- Develop internal knowledge copilots
- Establish AI governance structures within Microsoft 365
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Practical experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate
- Strong grasp of technical processes
- Excellent communication abilities
- Professional and confident when working with clients
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Organized and self-directed working style
- Willingness to receive and apply feedback
- Consulting experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance is advantageous
- Some experience leading workshops is advantageous
