Remote Outbound Sales Specialist — Canada

Turn qualified travel inquiries into bookings for The Travel Corporation through consultative outreach, follow-up, and upselling. Manage sales opportunities and customer activity remotely from Canada.

Description

  • Contact qualified leads, past guests, and prospective travelers through outbound sales.
  • Reach out at high volume and follow up to turn opportunities into bookings.
  • Build rapport through engaging conversations about travel.
  • Use consultative discovery to learn customers’ needs, preferences, timing, and travel goals.
  • Recommend suitable TTC brands, itineraries, and travel products.
  • Manage opportunities from first contact through booking, closure, or final disposition.
  • Keep follow-up schedules and take ownership of assigned sales opportunities.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant travel experiences.
  • Record customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
  • Take part in coaching, training, and development.
  • Share customer insights and feedback to help improve the business and sales processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales, business development, inside sales, or a high-performance contact center.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales, revenue, or conversion targets.
  • Experience proactively contacting customers and moving opportunities toward a sale.
  • Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage several opportunities and follow-ups at once.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline tools.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with measurable goals.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales or business development.
  • Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or another high-value consultative sales field.
  • Experience converting digital leads, abandoned carts, or customer inquiries into sales.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Genesys, or similar CRM and contact center platforms.
  • Familiarity with TTC brands, destinations, or travel products.
  • Ability to begin training on November 16, 2026, if hired.
