Remote Commercial Lines Client Service Manager — Texas
Manage service needs for Higginbotham’s commercial insurance clients and producers remotely from Texas. Coordinate endorsements, audits, cancellations, billing matters, and policy updates.
Description
- Prepare endorsement submissions for insurance carriers.
- Track carrier responses on endorsements to existing policies.
- Complete endorsement processing, including invoicing and client delivery.
- Review audits for rates, exposures, and prior premiums.
- Manage cancellations and billing matters.
- Gather policy-change details from colleagues and clients.
- Adhere to agency procedures.
- Support Marketing Executives and Producers with technical questions.
- Build and sustain relationships with internal and external clients.
- Help producers and clients maintain commercial lines coverage.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of property and casualty servicing experience preferred.
- An active Property and Casualty license is required; the company can help candidates obtain one if needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Applied Epic experience preferred; familiarity with a comparable Account Management System (AMS) is also acceptable.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Frequent use of sight to read documents and computer screens.
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to communicate by phone and in person.
- Repetitive hand movements, including keyboarding, writing, and using a 10-key pad.
- Ability to walk, bend, sit, reach, and stretch in all directions.
