- Connect clients with Deer Designer’s creative teams
- Turn broad client goals into clear creative direction
- Keep projects progressing smoothly through production
- Protect client vision while questioning unclear requests
- Identify potential risks early and respond proactively
- Strengthen the quality of client briefs and submitted information
- Write concise, clear, and useful client communication
- Help clients get more value from Deer Designer over time
- Use AI to organize and improve communication and internal processes
- Take ownership of successful client outcomes
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a client-facing role such as account management, project management, or client success
- Flawless English with precise, structured, direct, and clear communication
- Understanding of layout, hierarchy, branding, and UX fundamentals
- Confidence challenging clients and asking difficult questions
- Current experience using AI to structure thinking, identify risks, and improve output quality
- Experience with creative services, design agencies, or subscription-based business models is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Figma or Photoshop for review work
- Familiarity with workflows designed for asynchronous collaboration
- An ownership mindset focused on outcomes
