Description

  • Define AI use cases and coordinate delivery timelines with business, operations, and technology stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to build efficient, compliant, and scalable AI systems
  • Lead rapid prototypes that demonstrate AI and machine learning value and guide broader adoption
  • Track emerging AI and machine learning technologies and help shape the long-term AI strategy
  • Research, design, and implement supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models, including deep learning and natural language processing
  • Prepare, clean, and engineer data for AI and machine learning workflows
  • Train, validate, and optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Build reusable, production-ready model deployment pipelines following MLOps practices
  • Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into existing products and platforms
  • Create testing and evaluation frameworks to validate model performance
  • Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed models
  • Maintain security and compliance with HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards
  • Help operations, business, training, communications, and customer success teams transition processes to AI-driven solutions
  • Create documentation and support materials that encourage adoption of AI tools
  • Conduct retrospectives and apply continuous improvements

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience developing artificial intelligence models
  • At least 3 years of experience developing machine learning models
  • At least 3 years of experience deploying artificial intelligence models in production
  • At least 3 years of experience deploying machine learning models in production
  • Experience with AI and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
  • Experience deploying AI and machine learning models on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience in one or more AI or machine learning areas, such as natural language processing, computer vision, or time series forecasting
  • Healthcare industry experience is an advantage
  • Python proficiency is an advantage
  • Node.js proficiency is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Successful completion of a background screening before employment begins
  • Drug screening is required for newly hired employees
  • Agreement to required compliance regulations on the first day of employment
  • Compliance with applicable HIPAA regulations and company policies governing confidentiality, privacy, and security of sensitive health information
  • Ability to work at a desk and use a computer, telephone, and other basic office equipment
