Remote Administrative Assistant in New Jersey

Provide remote administrative support for Winter Environmental’s remediation, hazardous-material abatement, demolition, and industrial services work. Coordinate schedules, records, documents, communications, and project-related administration.

Description

  • Support managers and internal departments with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments across relevant stakeholders
  • Draft, check, and maintain digital documents, spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence
  • Keep project records, administrative files, and company databases organized and current
  • Address routine questions and connect internal teams with outside contacts
  • Prepare for meetings by arranging logistics, developing agendas, and monitoring follow-up actions
  • Coordinate documentation and scheduling for environmental project teams
  • Enter data accurately, maintain records, and update internal systems promptly
  • Compile information, assist with presentations, and produce administrative reports
  • Protect sensitive company information through careful and discreet handling
  • Track assigned work, keep workflows orderly, and deliver tasks by deadline
  • Work with colleagues on smooth daily operations and take on additional administrative duties when required

Requirements

  • Administrative, clerical, or office-support experience is preferred
  • Clear and effective written and spoken communication
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Capable of setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and working independently
  • Sound judgment when solving problems and communicating professionally
  • Able to manage confidential information responsibly
  • Comfortable using digital communication tools and electronic document-management systems
  • Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Dependable internet connection and the ability to work remotely
  • Environmental services or construction experience is helpful but not mandatory
