Description
- Represent a workforce board, economic development organization, utility consortium, association, or multi-employer partnership
- Map regional hiring demand and training gaps across water occupations
- Coordinate collaboration among multiple partners and maintain shared metrics
- Contribute to regional partnership documentation for agreed joint proposals
- Recommend recruitment and retention approaches that can be applied across regions
- Participate in project-scoped engagements
- Contribute to active grant and sponsored-research opportunities when relevant
- Travel to partner and field locations as required
Requirements
- Be affiliated with a workforce board, regional partnership, utility association, public works network, or multi-employer group
- Have experience bringing employers and training providers together
- Be able to represent a defined geography and partner network
- Be willing to participate in time-limited collaboration
- Be authorized to work with a U.S. research organization
- Be open to full-time employment or project-based contract work in a remote-first arrangement with travel for partner and field activities
- Preferred: An established water-sector partnership or talent action plan
- Preferred: Regional vacancy or retirement data
- Preferred: Previous experience partnering on federal workforce grants
