Partner, Health Systems — Manchester or Leeds Hybrid

Lead CF’s Northern health consultancy office from Manchester or Leeds, developing NHS transformation work, expanding the regional team, and delivering revenue growth.

Description

  • Launch and lead CF’s new Northern office in Manchester or Leeds
  • Develop the regional business and team
  • Win and oversee engagements with executive teams at NHS trusts and integrated care boards across the North
  • Meet an individual revenue target
  • Direct delivery of secured client work
  • Define CF’s Northern strategy and business plan
  • Strengthen CF’s regional brand and explore opportunities in other markets
  • Report to the Managing Partner for Health Systems
  • Contribute as a member of CF’s senior leadership team
  • Recruit, mentor, and sponsor colleagues’ development
  • Create a strong local culture linked to the London team
  • Sell financial performance and improvement services, including provider recovery, cost improvement, productivity, and system financial planning
  • Sell strategy and transformation services, including neighbourhood health, integrated health contracts, and devolution-related change
  • Sell operational improvement services, including elective recovery, urgent and emergency care, and patient flow
  • Sell data-led consulting and direct data science services

Requirements

  • Established senior relationships across the North, including NHS provider and ICB chief executives, finance directors, other executives, and NHS England’s North East and Yorkshire and North West regional teams
  • Demonstrated success originating and winning work while meeting an individual revenue target
  • Broad health-systems expertise, with the ability to originate, scope, and quality-assure finance, performance, strategy, operational improvement, and system transformation engagements
  • At least 15 years of healthcare consulting experience, or a combination of consulting and senior NHS roles
  • Currently operating at Director, Associate Partner, or Partner level
  • Able to build a new operation with limited large-firm infrastructure and lead engagements hands-on
  • Based in the North or willing to relocate, with regular travel to London
  • Desirable: experience selling data-led consulting or opening an office or developing a regional practice
