Description
- Review legal publications and notices
- Draft and review low- and medium-complexity pleadings
- Prepare calculation schedules as needed

Requirements
- Law degree required; postgraduate study in the relevant practice area is preferred
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP)
- Proven experience managing litigation from initiation through final resolution
- Background in banking law and/or vehicle financing is preferred
- Knowledge of Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Consumer Law
- Fast, organized approach to legal work
- Capacity to handle high workloads and urgent requests effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team
