Offline Store Partnership Manager – Lithuania
Grow ESTO’s sales across Lithuania’s physical retail network by training merchants and improving store performance. Use usage data to identify opportunities and strengthen results in stores.
Description
- Oversee ESTO’s presence across physical stores in Lithuania
- Contact and visit store owners to address low usage of ESTO
- Drive monthly sales growth
- Assess store performance and train staff during visits
- Onboard new merchants and supply onboarding materials
- Train cashiers at smaller stores through video calls
- Ensure cashiers can use ESTO and have appropriate promotional materials
- Administer cashier bonuses and sales competitions
- Manage the offline sales dashboard
- Compare store traffic with ESTO usage and review declined applications
- Suggest other ESTO products that may benefit merchants
- Report weekly store visit plans and outcomes
- Prepare monthly summaries of store performance and approval-rate gains
Requirements
- Fluent Lithuanian and strong communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong organization to plan store visits and manage an independent schedule
- Analytical ability to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Willingness to travel throughout Lithuania
- Valid driving licence
- Comfort working both in the field and with a dashboard
