Lead operations and regulatory compliance for Highland Rehabilitation’s Kansas City nursing facility. Oversee clinical services, department leaders, resident care, and performance across the organization.
Description
- Direct the facility’s daily operations
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage and support all department leaders
- Align clinical service delivery with business plans
- Achieve or surpass quality, clinical, utilization, performance, and financial productivity targets
- Provide a consistently high standard of customer service
- Address and resolve resident care concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or a related discipline is required
- At least two years of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with residents, families, employees, physicians, consultants, providers, government agencies, representatives, and community members
- Ability to put the facility’s and company’s care philosophy into practice
- Up-to-date understanding of local, state, and federal regulations and guidance
- Professional conduct and appearance
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with older adults
- Adaptable, positive, and energetic approach
