- Review business information and supporting documents
- Organize and maintain records and digital files
- Handle additional administrative tasks supporting daily company operations
Requirements
- Previous experience with or working knowledge of administrative procedures
- Working proficiency in Excel and confidence managing spreadsheets
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable using business systems and checking information for accuracy
- Clear communicator who can balance multiple responsibilities
- Proactive approach and openness to learning new processes
- High school diploma
- One to three years of professional experience
