IT Service Desk Specialist
Provide IT service desk support to EVV Solutions’ healthcare facilities in Duderstadt. Resolve hardware and software issues for clinical staff and help maintain system availability.
Description
- Provide first-line IT support to employees at healthcare facilities.
- Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues by phone, email, remote access, or on site.
- Install and configure equipment and software to support second-line teams.
- Handle support requests within required response times.
- Record issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Keep the IT knowledge base and customer documentation up to date.
- Work with internal teams and external partners.
- Help maintain system availability.
- Take part in on-call duty.
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, IT systems electronics, or equivalent practical IT experience.
- Some IT support experience is preferred.
- Healthcare sector knowledge is an advantage.
- Approach technical issues methodically and with a focus on solutions.
- Able to work independently.
- Communicate with colleagues and users in a friendly, professional manner.
- Work well in a team and explain technical topics clearly.
- Fluent German, written and spoken.
- Category B driving licence.
