Healthcare Relationship Manager – Birmingham Hybrid
Manage a national portfolio of Healthcare businesses, providing lending, deposit and tailored banking solutions. Build client relationships and grow portfolios within Lloyds Banking Group’s commercial banking operation.
Description
- Oversee a national portfolio of approximately 140 Healthcare clients with turnover of around £3m or less
- Help clients access lending, deposit accounts and other banking services
- Develop the portfolio by becoming clients’ primary banking contact
- Deliver high-quality service as a trusted adviser
- Support broker-led lending opportunities and oversee deals through completion
- Work with professional advisers
- Design and tailor Term Lending and Working Capital solutions to client needs
- Develop relationships with Group Partner companies and provide products across the bank
- Oversee risk and compliance across the client portfolio
- Build sector expertise and strengthen personal capability
- Hold client meetings through Microsoft Teams
- Participate in relevant professional meetings and events when opportunities arise
