  • Set success measures and performance targets for new content before launch and at defined review stages.

  • Direct the weekly release schedule and content calendar, covering packaging, sequencing, and audience targeting.
  • Manage the Content LiveOps Manager.
  • Create and maintain an experimentation pipeline covering launches, packaging, and content discovery.
  • Partner with Product and Design on in-app surfaces, discovery, and feature development.
  • Set content recommendation goals in collaboration with the Director of Personalization.
  • Present content performance findings and recommended actions to leadership.
  • Report to the VP of Studios while partnering with creative, production, analytics, and Growth teams.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with SQL, Amplitude, or an equivalent analytics tool.
  • Ability to provide analysts with clear, effective briefs.
  • Experience managing a release cadence, content calendar, or live-events pipeline.
  • A commercial orientation that extends beyond a purely creative focus.
  • Experience leading a small team and establishing a function from a partial foundation.
  • Fluent English with clear, effective spoken and written communication, particularly in asynchronous and long-form settings.
  • Availability to work within a two-hour time difference from Spain (GMT+1).
