Description
- Source candidates for roles spanning operational positions through senior management
- Run recruitment processes centered on people and their needs
- Prioritize a positive, well-supported candidate experience
- Publish vacancies and assess applicants using the Pandapé platform
- Complete recruitment milestones and deliverables within agreed deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in recruitment and selection
- Prior experience as a freelance recruiter
- Reliable follow-through on deadlines and deliverables
- Well-organized and effective communicator
- Ability to lead people-centered recruitment processes with a strong candidate focus
- Experience managing a high volume of vacancies is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency are an advantage
- A consultative, strategic approach is an advantage
