Executive Partner, Cybersecurity — Saudi Arabia (Remote)

Advise cybersecurity leaders and manage executive client relationships for Gartner in Saudi Arabia. Deliver strategic guidance, workshops, and outcome-focused support to enterprise clients.

Description

  • Manage 25–30 member relationships and support account planning with Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives
  • Help members address Mission Critical Priorities using Gartner resources, personal expertise, and professional experience
  • Provide members with subject-matter expertise, solutions, insights, and practical guidance
  • Evaluate member needs and create tailored engagement plans aligned with service deliverables and entitlements
  • Support every stage of the member lifecycle, from pre-sale and onboarding through relationship management, delivery, review, and renewal
  • Strengthen member retention and regional growth through prospect development, account planning, and value-demonstration activities
  • Lead or participate in onsite and remote member engagements, including workshops, analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars
  • Develop strategic internal partnerships and contribute positively to organizational change
  • Provide senior executives with client-facing advice and demonstrable value

Requirements

  • University degree required; a master’s degree is preferred
  • At least 15 years of professional experience
  • Background in a senior cybersecurity leadership position
  • Demonstrated success as a CISO, CSO, or Head of Cybersecurity
  • Cybersecurity consulting or advisory experience is beneficial
  • Deep knowledge of information security, cybersecurity, risk management, and resilience
  • Understanding of technical areas including OT security, IAM, data security, application security, cloud security, and third-party cyber risk management
  • Experience developing strategy, designing organizations, managing initiatives, applying metrics, and tracking major industry trends
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations
  • Exceptional relationship-management skills with senior technology and business leaders
  • Experience coaching and mentoring senior leaders
  • Excellent public-speaking and workshop-facilitation abilities
  • Collaborative approach with team leadership experience
  • Strong time-management and client-portfolio management skills
  • Willingness to travel 25% or more
  • Ability to work with limited administrative support
  • Fluency in German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic is preferred
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities
