Director of National Accounts – United States (Remote)
Lead national account strategy, enterprise relationships, commercial negotiations, and revenue growth for Rimkus, a global engineering and technical consulting firm. This remote role oversees renewals, client delivery, escalations, and cross-functional account performance.
Description
- Develop national account strategies that expand revenue across priority enterprise clients
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with major accounts and channel partners
- Manage complex commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing decisions
- Direct cross-functional collaboration to deliver client solutions and address escalated issues
- Evaluate account results, pipeline movement, and market opportunities to guide business strategy
Requirements
- Bring 10 or more years of experience in national account management, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships
- Demonstrate a record of negotiating complex agreements with enterprise or multi-site clients and engaging senior stakeholders
- Analyze revenue trends, account profitability, and pipeline performance to inform strategic decisions
- Lead coordinated work across sales, operations, and client service teams
- Use CRM systems such as Salesforce along with forecasting, reporting, and contract management tools
- Apply strategic account planning, enterprise sales methodologies, or structured forecasting practices
