Customer Experience Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Remote, Connecticut)

Build and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer-experience solutions for RTX’s aerospace and defense business. The role covers CRM configuration, Power Platform, solution design, and data integration.

Description

  • Create and document infrastructure and system designs with architecture diagrams, entity-relationship models, wireframes, and related visual materials.
  • Identify, explain, and resolve constraints affecting systems and technical environments.
  • Work with customers to select, implement, and support packaged and custom solutions.
  • Convert customer needs into solution designs and deliver them according to Digital Technology Standard Work.
  • Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
  • Perform the role primarily from a home-based work environment.
  • Attend selected interview stages in person at an RTX office when required.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, information technology, or a related technical discipline plus at least 8 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development and configuration experience; alternatively, hold an advanced degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related technical discipline plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with JavaScript, C#.NET, VB.NET, and/or ASP.NET.
  • Practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, SQL, and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience with DevOps and version-controlled solutions, including Visual Studio, Jira, GitHub, and the CRM SDK.
  • Experience working with web APIs.
  • Experience administering ETL tools for moving data between environments, such as SSIS or KingswaySoft.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or the fundamentals of other data-visualization tools.
  • Capacity to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies.
  • Strong communication skills for aligning technical solutions with business needs.
  • Ability to turn customer data into interactive diagrams and reports.
