Marketing Events Coordinator (Denver, Hybrid)

Coordinate MaintainX field events, user meetups, brand activations, and conference programs in a hybrid Denver role. Use event execution and performance data to support pipeline growth for an industrial work execution platform.

Description

  • Plan and deliver regional events, user meetups, and brand activations
  • Create attendee lists and manage invitations
  • Follow up after events to convert conversations into pipeline
  • Manage smaller events from planning through delivery, including venues, vendors, and run-of-show
  • Help deliver MaintainX’s flagship client-facing conference
  • Measure meetings booked, accounts engaged, and pipeline sourced or influenced
  • Apply event performance data to strengthen future programs
  • Work with design, content, and demand generation on landing pages, signage, swag, and the onsite experience
  • Progress from event logistics into flagship conference programming
  • Take independent ownership of smaller events within the first 6–12 months

Requirements

  • 1–2 or more years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related in-person events role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience delivering in-person events ranging from small dinners to regional gatherings
  • Strong project management ability with careful attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple programs concurrently
  • Excellent collaboration skills when working with Sales, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Creative approach and enthusiasm for memorable, human-centered experiences
  • Valid passport
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% across the US and Canada
  • Experience with CMMS, industrial software, or a startup or entrepreneurial environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools for everyday marketing work is helpful but not required
