Contracts Manager — Argentina Remote

Lead customer contract operations at Netrix Global, managing CLM, Salesforce workflows, commercial agreements, and process improvements. Support scalable contracting operations for a technology services business.

Description

  • Direct the full customer contracting lifecycle and manage day-to-day Contract Operations.
  • Own customer contracts, including SOWs, Change Orders, MSAs, service agreements, amendments, renewals, and related commercial documents.
  • Manage contract intake, review, approvals, redlines, execution, retention, and archival.
  • Ensure contract documentation is complete, approved, and aligned with established standards and processes.
  • Coordinate the transfer of executed contracts to downstream business teams.
  • Review SOWs and related commercial documents for completeness, consistency, operational readiness, and compliance.
  • Assess and improve contracting workflows with Legal, Sales, Service Delivery, and other stakeholders.
  • Find process bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements to efficiency, visibility, and cycle times.
  • Lead automation efforts that reduce manual work and improve the stakeholder experience.
  • Define and maintain service-level expectations and operational controls.
  • Act as the primary connection between business stakeholders and Legal.
  • Coordinate contract reviews, issue analysis, risk escalation, and resolution of contractual matters.
  • Review and coordinate negotiations for customer MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and other commercial agreements.
  • Identify and escalate contractual, operational, and commercial risks.
  • Support approval matrices, playbooks, templates, and contracting standards.
  • Provide guidance on contract processes and help resolve related issues.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Security, and Customer Success.
  • Own CLM processes and related systems from the business side.
  • Manage and optimize contract workflows in CLM and Salesforce.
  • Maintain contract repositories, reporting, documentation standards, and data integrity.
  • Create reporting that highlights bottlenecks and process inefficiencies.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the Contract Operations team.
  • Set team priorities, workload management practices, and performance expectations.
  • Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and strong customer service.
  • Reduce contract turnaround times while preserving compliance and quality.
  • Improve visibility and accountability across the contracting process.
  • Simplify processes and streamline workflows through automation.
  • Increase adoption of CLM and Salesforce contracting processes.
  • Build effective partnerships across Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, and Operations.
  • Develop a scalable Contract Operations function to support company growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least five years of experience in Contract Operations, Contract Management, Contract Administration, Legal Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting technology services, managed services, outsourcing, cloud, cybersecurity, professional services, or consulting agreements.
  • Experience handling customer contracts, SOWs, Change Orders, and other commercial agreements.
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce and contract-related business processes.
  • Experience using or administering a Contract Lifecycle Management platform.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and process improvement capabilities.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with DocuSign CLM or a comparable CLM platform.
  • Preferred: Background in technology services, managed services, consulting, or SaaS.
  • Preferred: Experience delivering workflow automation and process optimization initiatives.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow and contracting solutions.
  • Work schedule: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Some travel is required.
