Description
- Review incoming information to deliver accurate, consistent data to clients
- Use the proprietary web-based performance reporting application
- Reconcile complete sets of client transactional data each day
- Research data-point inquiries submitted by service teams and clients
- Track automated overnight data jobs for accuracy and completion
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality client service
- Support system and product enhancement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance
- Experience in finance or accounting is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Analytical approach with effective problem-solving skills
