Client Manager, Group Benefits Insurance (Remote)
Manage group benefits insurance accounts for Trucordia as the primary client contact, overseeing renewals, onboarding, account guidance, and complex service issues.
Description
- Manage a designated client portfolio and serve as the primary day-to-day contact with minimal oversight
- Lead renewals and remarketing efforts while coordinating with carriers on coverage and pricing
- Advise clients on coverage gaps, policy structures, and strategic insurance decisions
- Direct new-account onboarding, including the collection and review of underwriting information
- Resolve complex client concerns in partnership with underwriters and internal teams
- Handle endorsements, claims questions, audits, and related service requests accurately
- Maintain complete client records and servicing documentation in AMS360
- Provide mentorship and support to junior account team members when needed
- Monitor industry developments, insurance products, and regulatory changes affecting clients
Requirements
- Bring 3–5 years of insurance account management experience, preferably across Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines
- Demonstrate experience managing a book of business and developing lasting client relationships
- Understand carrier underwriting guidelines and insurance coverage forms
- Communicate clearly and negotiate and solve problems effectively
- Use AMS360 or a comparable agency management system proficiently
- Hold active insurance license(s) for the applicable lines, including P&C and/or L&H as required
- Show strong attention to detail, time management, and independent working ability
