Description
- Oversee assigned broker portfolios across multiple communication channels
- Deliver consistently high-quality service to mortgage brokers
- Build detailed knowledge of products, policies, and loan structures
- Guide mortgage brokers with accurate, informed recommendations
- Review loan scenarios and structures with mortgage brokers
- Source new business opportunities to grow the broker network
- Improve broker utilisation through ongoing engagement and education
- Manage tasks efficiently and complete other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Prior sales experience in financial services
- Understanding of credit risk assessment
- Knowledge of property valuation principles
- Familiarity with debt-servicing metrics
- Knowledge of short-term lending structures
- Persistence and drive to engage customers and increase conversion
- A positive, proactive approach with strong initiative
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a high-achieving team while producing high-quality work
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including reference and standard police checks
