Descriere

  • Oversee assigned broker portfolios across multiple communication channels
  • Deliver consistently high-quality service to mortgage brokers
  • Build detailed knowledge of products, policies, and loan structures
  • Guide mortgage brokers with accurate, informed recommendations
  • Review loan scenarios and structures with mortgage brokers
  • Source new business opportunities to grow the broker network
  • Improve broker utilisation through ongoing engagement and education
  • Manage tasks efficiently and complete other duties assigned by management

Cerințe

  • Prior sales experience in financial services
  • Understanding of credit risk assessment
  • Knowledge of property valuation principles
  • Familiarity with debt-servicing metrics
  • Knowledge of short-term lending structures
