Associate Recruiter - Remote United States

Support candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruiting operations for Honeydew Health’s digital dermatology platform. Manage pipelines, ATS records, reporting, and pre-employment processes in a junior recruiting role.

Description

  • Source candidates and assist with screening as a junior full-cycle recruiter
  • Coordinate interviews for several open roles while providing candidates with a timely, professional experience
  • Create focused candidate pipelines through established searches, Boolean strings, and other sourcing methods
  • Develop familiarity with target candidate profiles and surface promising applicants
  • Maintain and update job advertisements across recruiting platforms
  • Keep candidate records current in Ashby, including stages, sources, and essential details
  • Share interview logistics, application updates, and next steps with candidates
  • Assist with recruiting reports and pipeline tracking covering sourcing activity, candidate movement, interviews, offers, and start dates
  • Launch background checks and verify completion of required pre-employment documents
  • Work with Recruiters to assess pipeline requirements and reprioritize sourcing efforts
  • Lead recurring recruiting projects and workflows while building knowledge of company systems and hiring practices
  • Report to the Head of People

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, or HR/People support
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, such as Ashby, to maintain candidate records and pipeline stages
  • Foundational sourcing experience or a strong ability to learn Boolean strings, job boards, and related sourcing methods
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate schedules and competing priorities across multiple open roles
  • Careful attention to detail while balancing pace, volume, and quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working with confidential candidate information
  • Specialty recruiting experience in Engineering, Clinical, or GTM is a plus
  • Experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing tools is a plus
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
  • Experience coordinating background checks or other pre-employment screening is a plus
  • Experience supporting recruiting events or job fairs is a plus
  • Authorization to work for any US employer without restrictions
  • No current or future need for visa sponsorship
