Associate HRIS Analyst - Workday and iCIMS

Associate HRIS Analyst supporting Workday ERP and iCIMS ATS for US Anesthesia Partners. The role focuses on user support, issue resolution, system testing, enhancements, and business-user assistance.

Description

  • Provide first-level support to Workday ERP and iCIMS users by troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and escalating complex cases
  • Collect and document functional requirements for system updates and enhancements
  • Execute system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Create training materials, user guides, and other end-user documentation
  • Support iCIMS and Workday functionality across HCM, payroll, finance, and time tracking
  • Monitor and address support tickets through internal tracking systems
  • Partner with IT and business teams to verify integrations and maintain accurate data flows
  • Contribute to system upgrades, patch validation, and regression testing
  • Assist with HR systems analysis and reporting for business decisions and compliance activities
  • Maintain knowledge of platform best practices, new capabilities, and system updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, finance, human resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • One to three years of experience in IT support, ERP administration, HR, HRIS, finance support, or a related area
  • Exposure to Workday, iCIMS, or comparable enterprise platforms is preferred but not required
  • Experience with ticketing platforms and basic SQL knowledge is advantageous
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems, ideally Workday and iCIMS, or a demonstrated ability to learn them quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues and determine root causes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with business users and technical teams
  • Careful attention to detail supported by strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus familiarity with reporting tools
  • Basic understanding of HR, finance, or payroll business processes is advantageous
  • Collaborative, service-minded approach with initiative in resolving user and system problems
  • Ability to satisfy the stated physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
