Description

  • Set domain-level operations and quality strategy
  • Drive consistent control execution, root-cause analysis discipline, and preventive action
  • Define outcome-focused quality measures, including defect escape and recurrence rates
  • Implement statistical process controls and derive insights from quality trends
  • Build scalable sampling approaches, including stratified and acceptance sampling
  • Create standardized evaluation and governance frameworks for AI, machine learning, and large language model capabilities
  • Use benchmark datasets, scoring rubrics, regression testing, and failure taxonomies
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Data leadership
  • Manage globally distributed teams and work across regions and business units

Requirements

  • Academic or professional background in finance or statistics
  • Data-quality certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CIMP, or DCAM are preferred
