Description
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and related materials
- Build foundational knowledge of the business, financial performance, services, and priority markets
- Record important points from client meetings and calls
- Distribute follow-up notes to internal teams and clients
- Help report client performance metrics, including placement success, time-to-fill, and quality of hire
- Support the delivery of efficient staffing solutions for operational positions
- Enter operational client contract information accurately into internal systems
- Help Sales Support maintain business records
- Keep Operational Talent Solutions sales opportunities accurate and current in the CRM
- Investigate client challenges and gather relevant information
- Assist with basic business development and account management activities
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of business operations, financials, products or services, and relevant markets
- Capacity to identify client challenges and gather pertinent information
- Ability to contribute to basic business development or account management tasks
- Entry-level sales capabilities and interest in developing a sales career
- Strong accuracy in data entry and record maintenance
- Ability to manage and update CRM information
