Administrative Assistant, Civil Maintenance Planning

Provide administrative support for Motiva’s civil maintenance work, including measurements, reporting and document management. Motiva operates mobility infrastructure across roads, rail and airports in Brazil.

Description

  • Review service reports, field evidence and calculation sheets to prepare measurement statements for third-party contracts.
  • Create and update contract reports, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Support administrative processes for civil maintenance and help improve procedures and organize documents.
  • Follow compliance and anti-bribery rules, completing required training and submitting declarations.
  • Follow company standards for quality, asset management, environmental care, road safety, and occupational health and safety.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • In-progress technical or higher education in Roads, Building Construction, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
