Administrative Assistant, Civil Maintenance Planning
Provide administrative support for Motiva’s civil maintenance work, including measurements, reporting and document management. Motiva operates mobility infrastructure across roads, rail and airports in Brazil.

- Review service reports, field evidence and calculation sheets to prepare measurement statements for third-party contracts.
- Create and update contract reports, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Support administrative processes for civil maintenance and help improve procedures and organize documents.
- Follow compliance and anti-bribery rules, completing required training and submitting declarations.
- Follow company standards for quality, asset management, environmental care, road safety, and occupational health and safety.
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- In-progress technical or higher education in Roads, Building Construction, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
