Talent Acquisition Specialist – Canada (Remote)
Recruit Salesforce and AWS professionals for NeuraFlash, an AI, AWS, and Salesforce solutions company. Manage sourcing, hiring, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.

- Work with hiring managers to clarify recruitment needs
- Manage the complete recruiting cycle, from prescreening and interview coordination through salary negotiation and onboarding documentation
- Build talent pipelines for niche roles aligned with market demand and business priorities
- Apply conventional and creative sourcing methods to find qualified candidates
- Source and engage candidates through social media, networking events, college campuses, training institutes, and job fairs
- Execute recruitment strategies that support organizational growth
- Keep job postings current and support the creation of standardized job descriptions
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and lead salary negotiations
- Coordinate candidate follow-up with practice leads and recruiting teams
- Take ownership of a positive candidate experience
- Protect professionalism and confidentiality throughout the process
- Complete onboarding paperwork accurately and on schedule
- Lead onboarding sessions for new employees
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least four years of recruiting experience in the Salesforce and/or Amazon AWS space
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is advantageous
- Proficiency with Google Suite, including Word, Sheets, and Calendar
- Confidence and comfort communicating by phone
- A competitive, goal-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for building and sustaining relationships with recruited consultants
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
