Junior Accounts Payable Specialist
Process vendor invoices and reconciliations for Emerson, supporting invoice checks, dispute resolution, reporting, and month-end close. The role is based in the Philippines with a hybrid work arrangement.
विवरण
- Enter trade and intercompany vendor invoices in the ERP system
- Validate purchase orders and invoices against two-, three-, and four-way matching rules, procedures, and internal controls
- Investigate disputed invoices and gather information to resolve them
- Help manage shared mailboxes and document repositories
- Support month-end close activities
- Handle payable transaction support, including invoice issues, employee expense report checks, reporting, and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate, high-quality reports
- Share ideas and influence internal and external customers
- Work with colleagues at all levels
आवश्यकताएँ
- Be willing to take on project-based employment
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related accounting field
- Have at least six months of relevant Finance and Accounting experience, especially in Accounts Payable
- Have working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Have advanced knowledge of internal controls
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Be willing to accept a 12-month fixed-term contract
- Accounts Payable experience with an accounting ERP system, preferably Oracle or SAP, is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and PowerApps is an advantage
