- Administer Archer users, roles, permissions, and libraries at an advanced level
- Coordinate recurring data uploads within the platform
- Manage digital certificates and configure SSO
- Resolve incidents in line with established SLAs
- Escalate issues to the software vendor when required
- Provide N1/N2 support to end users and internal teams
- Maintain documentation for administration and support procedures
- Drive continuous improvements across the support service
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of experience supporting and administering RSA Archer
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and SLA-based incident management
- Experience administering systems, users, and access permissions
- Familiarity with SSO integrations and digital certificates
- Clear communication skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure
- A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn even when some requirements are not yet met
