- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality
- Strong ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Skilled at using data to guide decisions, recommendations, issue detection, and partnership outcomes
- Effective problem solver and tactful conflict resolver with a bias toward action
- At least 7 years of project management experience focused on software deployment and implementation
- Experience working within the Federal ecosystem; VA collaboration is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with systems governed by stringent privacy and security requirements
- Understanding of tiered support structures and escalation procedures
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time
- Ability to work at least 3 days per week from either the Chicago or San Francisco office
