Director of Catering Sales
Lead Rōti’s first-party catering growth through direct account sales and recurring business. Build the sales team and processes across Edible Brands’ restaurant network.
विवरण
- Set catering revenue targets, forecast sales and deliver against goals
- Sell directly to corporate, healthcare, education and event customers
- Build and lead a strong sales team while managing an individual book of business
- Win direct accounts and shift customers from third-party marketplaces to Rōti’s first-party ordering
- Turn initial orders into recurring weekly and monthly business while growing order size and frequency
- Expand catering into new markets with restaurant teams
- Ensure every order arrives on time, complete and correct
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance on kitchen capacity, delivery, pricing and margins
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring at least five years of B2B or catering sales experience
- Show success growing recurring catering revenue and meeting an individual quota in a recent role
- Demonstrate direct catering sales growth, beyond managing third-party marketplace channels
- Have experience leading sales teams while continuing to sell directly
- Have driven sales through restaurant teams outside your direct management
- Understand catering operations, including lead times, delivery logistics and kitchen capacity
- Manage pipelines, forecasts and CRM-based reporting effectively
- Fast-casual or restaurant catering experience is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Work onsite at the corporate office in Sandy Springs, Georgia, Monday through Friday
- Travel occasionally to markets
