विवरण

Check compliance with minimum award and enterprise agreement rates, and apply rate increases and adjustments accurately.
Provide commercial and operational reporting and analysis, including forecasts, budgets, and other requested work.
Oversee allowance processes to meet business needs while maintaining competitiveness and compliance with enterprise agreements.
Monitor above-award pay rates for consistency with organisational policies and industry standards.
Work with Payroll, HR, and People & Culture Business Partners to support accurate, efficient remuneration processes.
Cost scenarios for changes to minimum awards or enterprise agreements.
Help develop remuneration policies and procedures that reflect best practice and organisational objectives.
Audit and analyse remuneration practices against industry standards and legislative requirements.

आवश्यकताएँ

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience as a Business Analyst or in Remuneration and Benefits, with reporting and analytical work in a large, complex organisation.
Advanced data and analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience interpreting enterprise bargaining agreements, awards, and legislation is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
