- Lead the Intake team and ensure each Qlead is fully collected and entered into CampLegal within 24 hours.
- Monitor deadlines and quality standards, reviewing team output and promptly addressing deviations.
- Create and review actionable pre-consultation notes covering immigration status, documents, qualifying factors, hardships, and relevant history.
- Recommend process improvements, train team members, and help raise the quality of their work.
- Work closely with the Client Intake team to provide guidance and maintain consistency as cases progress from Qlead to active client.

- Experience leading or coordinating a team, including managing daily work, deadlines, and the quality of collected information.
- Demonstrated ability to gather complete and accurate client information before consultations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and sound judgment when reviewing work, identifying errors or gaps, and suggesting process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for giving team feedback and direction and preparing clear, actionable consultation notes.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and team members under pressure while maintaining professionalism and resilience.
